Deproc - Terms and Conditions 

• All the accepted orders are considered as definite.
• By placing an order the customer agrees with the terms and conditions valid at the e-shop www.deproc.cz.
• You will be sent the confirmation to your e-mail after placing your order. The confirmation includes summary of goods that you order.
• All products offered are guaranteed for a period of twenty-four months.
• The e-shop-offer is updated 5 times a week. In case, that the goods ordered by you are not available, you will be informed by e-mail or phone.
• The shipping is 99,-Kč. We send the goods within the area of the Czech Republic only. If you want us to deliver the goods abroad, please contact us in advance to arrange special conditions. We send the goods cash on delivery or you can pick your goods up on the address U Větrolamu 271, 550 01 Broumov, Czech Republic. (Information in advance will be appreciated.)
• The shipping is free at the orders above 3000,-Kč within the area of the Czech Republic only.
• The return of the goods proceeds in conformity with the law 367/2000 Sb. (§ 53 odst. 7 OZ)
• If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it and be paid back, following terms must be fulfilled:
  • The goods must be completed as you bought it, with the products original packaging and labelling.
  • All goods must be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt.
  • The goods must be sent back to our address within 14 days.
  • The goods are sent to our address at the expense of the customer.
  • We only cover the expenses for goods, not for shipping. The goods sent cash on delivery won't be accepted.
• You do not have to write the reason of sending the goods back, however if you do - it will be appreciated.
• To make the procedure faster, do not forget to write your bank account number and include invoice, which was sent with goods.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the price of Česká pošta.

• Shipping rates abroad up to 2 kg - 500,- Kč (20 Euros)

The cost is valid only for Europe, the shipping to other countries will be calculated individually. It usually concerns 2 pieces of clothes, but depends on the weight.

• Shipping rates abroad above 2 kg - 750,- Kč (30 Euros)
